With a sphericity exceeding 95%, these spheres boast a tough outer shell, encapsulating inert gases like nitrogen dioxide and carbon dioxide.
The material's resilience is remarkable, with high pressure resistance strength between 4000-7000 MPa, paired with exceptional wear resistance and
a robust fire resistance exceeding 1450 degrees. Its outstanding chemical stability allows it to endure common acidic, alkaline, and saline solutions.
Additionally, it offers superior sound and heat insulation, marked by a conductivity coefficient of 0.10-0.12, making it a versatile choice.
For tailored applications, special particle sizes can be customized to fit specific requirements.
