These spheres exhibit a delicate gray-white to light-gray hue and are primarily composed of silicon dioxide and alumina. With a bulk density
ranging from 0.9 to 1.2 grams per cubic centimeter and a true density of 1.7 grams per cubic centimeter, these microspheres are engineered for precision. The particle size
of these sophisticated spheres varies between 44 and 2.6 microns, categorized meticulously into 325 mesh, 500 mesh, 800 mesh, 1250 mesh, 2500 mesh, and 5000
mesh dimensions. Exhibiting a remarkable sphericity of over 95%, each microsphere boasts a robust outer shell encapsulating inert gases like
nitrogen dioxide and carbon dioxide. This material is renowned for its exceptional high-pressure resistance strength, spanning from 4000 to 7000 MPa, coupled with
superior wear resistance and an outstanding fire resistance of over 1450 degrees. Its chemical stability is noteworthy, enabling it to withstand
common acidic, alkaline, and saline solutions. Additionally, it serves as an efficient sound and heat insulator, with a thermal conductivity coefficient
ranging from 0.10 to 0.12, elevating its utility in diverse applications.
