The density of these spheres varies from 0.9 to 1.2 grams per cubic centimeter, with a true density of 1.7 grams per cubic centimeter. Available in diverse particle sizes,
ranging from 44 to 2.6 microns, they are meticulously graded into 325 mesh, 500 mesh, 800 mesh, 1250 mesh, 2500 mesh, and 5000 mesh, catering to a multitude of applications.
Exhibiting over 95% sphericity, these spheres have a robust outer shell encased in inert gases such as nitrogen dioxide and carbon dioxide, ensuring exceptional durability.
They are engineered to withstand high-pressure resistance from 4000 to 7000 MPa, with outstanding wear resistance and an impressive fire resistance exceeding 1450 degrees.
