Glass beads are an ideal choice for descaling, cleaning, deburring, surface treatment, blasting and precision machining. Glass beads can be effectively used for drying, wetting, pressurizing or sucking.

Cleaning with glass beads can remove the oxide layer and residues on the working material without damaging the surface. Clean the surface before painting or electroplating to ensure better coating performance


High performance hollow glass microspheres (HGS) are a closed, hollow spherical material with a wall thickness of 1-3 μ m, containing thin gases such as nitrogen and carbon dioxide. Their main chemical composition is alkali lime borosilicate glass. HGS has a series of advantages such as lightweight, high strength, thermal insulation, sound insulation, flame retardancy, insulation, and stable physical and chemical properties, making it an excellent filler for thermal insulation coatings. At present, the thermal insulation coatings prepared by HGS are increasingly widely used in the fields of putty (atomic ash), thermal insulation coatings, automotive chassis armor, oil and gas pipelines and storage tanks, chemical storage tanks, etc. due to their good workability and excellent thermal insulation properties.
