These state-of-the-art spheres exhibit a gray-white to light gray hue, predominantly composed of silicon dioxide and alumina, with a bulk density
ranging from 0.9 to 1.2 grams per cubic centimeter and a true density of 1.7 grams per cubic centimeter. Each sphere is meticulously crafted to have
particle sizes spanning from 44 to 2.6 microns, classified into various mesh sizes like 325, 500, 800, 1250, 2500, and 5000.
With a sphericity exceeding 95%, these spheres boast a robust outer shell, encapsulating inert gases such as nitrogen dioxide and carbon dioxide.
The material offers remarkable pressure resistance strength, ranging from 4000 to 7000 MPa, along with superior wear resistance,
and a fire resistance threshold surpassing 1450 degrees Celsius. Its excellent chemical stability makes it resilient against common acid, alkali,
and salt solutions. Additionally, it excels in providing sound and thermal insulation, with a conductivity coefficient of 0.10 to 0.12.
