Product Description

High Strength Glass Beads for Blasting Machines and EquipmentHigh Strength Glass Beads for Blasting Machines and Equipment

Revolutionary in its design, these hollow glass microspheres represent a cutting-edge multifunctional filling material that boasts ultrafine, perfectly spherical forms.
Their elegant hues range from gray-white to light gray, primarily composed of silicon dioxide and alumina, delivering a bulk density
spanning 0.9-1.2 grams per cubic centimeter and an impressive true density of 1.7 grams per cubic centimeter. These spheres exhibit a particle size
between 44-2.6 microns, available in a wide range of mesh sizes including 325, 500, 800, 1250, 2500, and even 5000 mesh, with a remarkable sphericity
exceeding 95%. Featuring a robust outer shell, these microspheres are enveloped in inert gases like nitrogen dioxide and carbon dioxide, presenting an
unmatched resistance to pressure of between 4000-7000 MPa, alongside superior wear resistance and an impressive fire resistance surpassing 1450 degrees.
With extraordinary chemical stability, they resist degradation in common acidic, alkaline, and saline environments, while offering excellent sound and heat insulation,
evidenced by a low thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.10-0.12.
Tailored particle sizes are available on request to meet specific project requirements.

Embodying high compressive strength, hollow glass microspheres offer significant added value and benefits

when incorporated into composite materials, characterized by their unique functions and attributes:
1: Boosting strength and refining performance: Typical fillers often leave behind soft or irregular particles that compromise surface durability,

vulnerable to wear. However, hollow glass microspheres, with their high fineness, significantly enhance scratch resistance and minimize friction,
leading to a comprehensive enhancement in overall material performance.
2: Economizing costs: These microspheres possess an exceptionally low oil absorption rate (just 15-18%), far less than talc powder and calcium carbonate.
This allows for their extensive use—up to 70%—without negatively impacting the material's impact resistance, thanks to their excellent flowability,
enabling formations in compact molds without the necessity for heat or pressure application, thereby streamlining the manufacturing process and cutting costs.
