Their bulk density ranges from 0.9 to 1.2 grams per cubic centimeter, coupled with a true density of 1.7 grams per cubic centimeter. Available in diverse particle sizes,
ranging from 44 to 2.6 microns, these spheres are classified into 325 mesh, 500 mesh, 800 mesh, 1250 mesh, 2500 mesh, and 5000 mesh to suit a wide array of applications.
Boasting a remarkable sphericity of over 95%, these spheres feature a robust outer shell encapsulated with inert gases such as nitrogen dioxide and carbon dioxide,
offering high-pressure resistance strength between 4000 to 7000 MPa, alongside exceptional wear resistance and an outstanding fire resistance threshold exceeding 1450 degrees.
The material is distinguished by its extraordinary chemical stability, capable of resisting common acids, alkalis, and salt solutions. In addition, it provides excellent sound and thermal insulation,
with a conductivity coefficient of 0.10-0.12, making it a prime choice for various industrial applications.
