Our zirconium beads boast wear resistance that is remarkably 30-50 times superior to that of conventional glass beads.
With a density surpassing that of other grinding beads, zirconium beads deliver extremely high grinding efficiency, which serves to enhance
either the solid content of your materials or the overall material flow rate, boosting productivity.
They possess the following outstanding characteristics:
1. Wear is reduced to an impressively low (ppm level), ensuring longevity.
2. The extremely high hardness that resists breakage is advantageous for processing high-hardness materials.
