These microspheres boast a sophisticated gray-white or light gray color palette. They are primarily composed of silicon dioxide and alumina, providing a bulk density
that ranges from 0.9 to 1.2 grams per cubic centimeter, while their true density impressively measures at 1.7 grams per cubic centimeter. The particle size is finely
calibrated between 44 to 2.6 microns, meticulously categorized into 325 mesh, 500 mesh, 800 mesh, 1250 mesh, 2500 mesh, and 5000 mesh, with a remarkable
sphericity exceeding 95%. Encapsulated in a robust outer shell, they are filled with inert gases, such as nitrogen dioxide and carbon dioxide, to maintain
incredible pressure resistance strength ranging from 4000 to 7000 MPa. They exhibit superior wear resistance and can endure fire temperatures exceeding 1450 degrees.
These microspheres offer outstanding chemical stability, easily resisting common acid, alkali, and salt solutions.
On top of that, they are excellent insulators, offering sound and heat insulation properties with a conductivity coefficient of 0.10-0.12.
